Looking back, it seems I have been interested in design my entire life. I can’t tell you how many times I asked my mom if I could redecorate my room and I was always the ring leader when it was time to decorate for Christmas. I never thought of it as a career possibility until I got my first apartment.
Friends would come over and like what I had done with my little space, which would then turn in to me helping them with theirs. Over the next couple of years, friends’ word of mouth led to great opportunities ranging from accessorizing bookshelves to designing a tour bus. Every little project helped train my eye and tune my taste more and more. With a little time and a few people believing in me, I was able to turn a hobby into a dream career!

As I continued independently to pursue opportunities, I was asked to join the Redo Home & Design team in Nashville in 2015 which led to some amazing projects I was able to be a part of. I was on their team for several years before I decided to go back out on my own.

If I had to describe my personal design style I would call it “Relaxed Classic.” I love layers of neutrals, natural elements & incorporating pieces from the past like vintage rugs or an old butcher table for an entryway. One of my strengths as a designer is to act like a mirror for my client; reflecting the best parts of their personal taste. I love helping clients express the interesting aspects of their own style, as well as pushing them to try new, exciting things!

No matter how small or big the project, I love creating spaces that my clients can spend their lives in.
